Embodied Philosophy

Embodied Philosophy is a movement to unite the twin yogic projects of psychological integration and spiritual realization. 


The Embodied Philosophy app provides access to all videos, courses, classes and seminars in our Wisdom School. From one-off yoga classes to four-module courses to certificate programs, this app provides all the resources and access that you can find on our website. 


Our yoga classes preserve the teachings of the yoga tradition in short classes accessible to everyone. Our longer courses give a deep dive into various yoga traditions and contemplative topics. Our certificate programs redefine the yoga teacher and re-imagine the yoga classroom for the next generation of teachers and practitioners.
