I've not even been able to sign up to use the app. Hangs when i tried to use my google account to login. Hung when I tried to create an account with my email instead, tried again and it said I already had a account in that name. Tried reset password, but no user feedback to say you will recieve and email from us, so tried again a few tiems and ended up being blocked and none of the emai links now work.

I tried to claim a reward from my lunch bar after collecting stamps for months. An accidental click on the "back" button simply caused the reward page to disappear completely, once and for all, as if I had already claimed it. I was upset and mentioned this to the cashier lady, who replied it's a very bad app. Extremely disappointed.

When I try to collect a stamp it only works about 10% of the time, even with my phone resting on the device. Luckily the venue still has paper loyalty cards as well! Update: the developer responded and has patched the app for this problem. It still takes several seconds to collect the stamp and doesn't always work first time, but kudos to them for their efforts.

Hi Andrew, thank you for bringing this to our attention. If possible next time this issue occurs could you send feedback? The feedback option is located on the menu page which can be found by pressing the profile icon. Once we have feedback we can see in more detail what is causing the issue and release an update to stop this from occurring.
