It works once I actually sign in and that's the only reason it gets 3 stars. It's been months now and I STILL can't sign in with my fingerprint. I get the same error message before having to use my ID, password, and security questions. It takes excess time and is extremely frustrating because at this point they may as well eliminate biometric sign in. Maybe someday they'll actually bother to fix this. At least the app functions once I get past the login.

I just got a new credit card recently that uses this app to manage what I spend, I've only manage to log on to this app ONCE, I tried the website, same issue, currenly there's been an ongoing issue with "technical difficulties" that have not been fixed yet that prevent me from using the app, I can't log in at all, and oddly enough it's been over a week and the issue still hasn't been fixed. I would not recommend this app and would suggest looking for another credit card.

Very basic app. Seems to work smoother for me now. My biggest complaint is that there is no option for app notifications instead of text messages or emails for alerts. This is the only credit card app that is this backward. Everyone else has added this option over the last decade but not Elan.
