App was working fine until I changed phone. the app closes itself and returns to home screen while m still trying to transact. I called call center and was told to restart phone which didn't work. went to a branch where they gave me new credentials but problem still persists. not sure how to proceed. please assist.

Worst app ever. It has been good all along until they forced me to do a mandatory update. Since then it's been Ober weeks that it hasn't even opened. It just keeps saying app has stopped please restart and banking activities are now very difficult for me who has limited access to atm.... Nonsense.. Waste of time.. For you who wants to join don't ware your time and data. Get to another bank. That's what I'm even thinking of because what's this for Christ's sake.... And I've tagged them to no avai

The app nolonger works at all, it refuses to open and I can't do anything and yet there is alot withdrawals I would like to.make using mobile banking it's just so annoying that you the management view this complaints and do nothing abt it, wasted my time registering it for mobile banking for nothing.
