The app is a buggy mess. Crashes all the time. Don't even try to mess with the alarm it freezes the app. Product itself is amazing the app is just embarrassing. ----- ----- Update: As stated by the Eight Sleep, they have done some updates and I have no issues using the app currently. All items seem to be functioning as intended without crashing.

Sorry you've had this experience! We've just released changes in the latest version of the app (v6.5.9) intended to address some of the issues around setting and updating alarms. My 1-Star rating is for the application, not the product. I am so sick and tired of the application freezing, anytime I want to do something with the time (alarms). Why have a bed that provides gentle vibration to wake up, if the app freezes every time to try to adjust you alarm; thus resulting in having to use an actual alarm and not the bed.

Sorry you've had this experience! We've released changes in v6.5.9 that have addressed the application freezing when setting alarms. Please update to the latest version and try again. Don't hesitate to reach out if you're still encountering this issue and we'll continue to look for solutions.

App has made great improvements in past few months... still nowhere near worth the cost, but I have hope. I'm not sure what the "ai" actually does... I would like to see a detailed breakdown of when it makes temp adjustments. The pod thinks I'm asleep pretty much anytime I lay down. Alarm function crashes the app 7/10 times that I use it. I should be able to add tags for my upcoming night. Make the "invited away" option easier to access... shouldn't the topper know anyway?
