I've been having trouble logging in to the app, getting a message saying, "something went wrong, please try again" over and over. Customer support says there's nothing wrong and to uninstall and reinstall the app. They speak very broken English so it's hard to understand and their advice didn't even work! But I haven't had major problems previously.

I haven't had much trouble with this app, besides user error , before their system went down a few days ago and the app was updated now . I get the " something went wrong error" more than not and I end up having to log onto the computer

Been trying to login to move money from the account for the past week and still have "something went wrong" massage everytime. This is really inconvenient. This is not right to work your butt off to make the money and dont even have access to it. caz of poor app that makes you not able to even login. Please fix this garbage.
