The new update makes it impossible to log in. When you change screens to get the authorization code by text, voice, or email, you come back to a blank EdFed screen with nowhere to enter to code. I have to retrieve the code from a different device or my landline phone. Not good!!! It's no longer "mobile" banking by phone. There is no Update option for the app, so I deleted and then reinstalled the app -- no improvement.

Horrible.... this app is always blacking out and it makes me log back in every time. I could log in and then it send a code., once i go to my notifications and look for the code i have to log back in again. I called customer service and she said i had to update the app but i can't update the app because it's on the latest version. What BS. I hope the banking service is better than this app.
