“Kerem Knows Nature”, By ensuring the conservation and sustainable use of biodiversity suitable for food and nutrition; It has been prepared by the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock within the scope of the Biodiversity for Nutrition and Food Project, which aims to increase the welfare of the target users and contribute to the improvement of food safety, in order to inform children about where, when, how and in what quantity the "Edible Weeds" that we can find in nature should be collected.
