With this new channel of contact with our clients they will be able to:

• Pay your bills online immediately, with all major credit card brands.
• Pay third parties without having to register it or register it in your account.
• Access our Call Center with priority
• Link your service to our Recurring Payments platform.
• Have the geolocation of the payment points closest to your location.


Pay Bills Online:
You just have to select the Express Payment option and by typing the ID or NIC (contract identification number), the pending balance will come out and you will be able to pay partially or totally the account, with the credit card of your choice. Once the transaction is concluded, the receipt will be generated with all the transaction data via email or .pdf for you to keep.

Consult Balances:
With the option to check the balance, you will be able to identify the status of each registered contract if you have more than one and know the amount to be paid.


Call Center Services
Every time you need help from one of our representatives, you can use this option so that you can contact us. In this call our IVR responds to you where you can automatically and immediately know the status of your circuit and the estimated time of the interruption in case it is not energized, accessing option 2. You can also talk with our representatives with priority.

Recurring Payments:
Through this new service channel, you can access the registration in our recurring payment platform, completing the available form, and you will immediately be contacted to complete the process with the final approval by one of our representatives.

Geolocation of Offices and Payment Points:
In this option you will be able to access all EDESUR payment and service points, know their service hours, and the transactions that you can make, our goal is that you can plan yourself as a customer and get the most out of your time.
