I,ve been using this app for more than 3years because my company suggested this app for claiming vouchers . But eventually after update the app it automatically log out when i tried to log in they said invalid credentials,please try again. It's impossible to forgot my phone number and password bcoz i have screenshot of my profile. And the password i used on this is all of the same i used in other apps in my company... If there's no star rate i would not hesitate to rate it. 👎👎👎

it's working perfectly for the past few years to me but when i open it last week during CNY it's not working its says something went wrong so i thought its because of holiday tried it again after a few days and still not working,tried uninstall and install it and its the same i also tried changing password and i also use their tickets system telling my problem but until now I'm still waiting for the reply😢.i really need to use my edenred app but it's still not working what do i do now 😢

I've been using this for many years and it works perfectly I claimed my gift card from the company without any problem but this year 2024 I couldn't open it and until now I can't claim my GC.... it says always went "something wrong;try again later" .
