* Mindfulness traffic light: Evaluate eight factors that influence your well-being every day – sleep, mood, nutrition, drinking, exercise, self-care, social contacts and feelings of stress. It's not necessarily about the evaluation itself, but about the few seconds that you listen to yourself and carefully observe your emotional state.

* Graphical evaluation: Understand how the influencing factors are related and affect your well-being. Does your stress level increase if you don't maintain your social contacts? Do you sleep better when you move less? In this way, you recognize stress patterns before they become a burden and can intervene at an early stage.

I love this app!! It's really well made and works very smoothly. I would not be able to organize myself to write my thankfulness on the paper every day. On the contrary, it's extremely easy to do it on my phone since I have it with me 24/7, I always find time for it. I like the feature of statistics where I can see how my well-being depends on other factors. A big THANK YOU to developers of this amazing app. I already recommended it to at least 3 friends of mine😊👍

It's a wonderful app and really helpful, but on my device it's performing really badly. Takes a lot processing power and the engine might have some flaws.

Started using it as a mood tracker in addition to the 6 minutes diary. Will be interesting to see how things evolve over time once I have entered enough data.
