App is slow, UI elements are un-responsive or in places underneath mobiles UI, old design that have a lot of un-usfull elements. The user experience requires enhancing that allow people to easily see the bills, make sense of the charts, breakdown and easily even get help if they feel there's faulty powerline, or water leak in their homes/apartments.

App is good, I would like to suggest making the meter reading submission using a photo of your meter. Then it could be instantly verified with your meter serial number and no need to wait for a reading before the usage is registered.
