EASI - Food Delivery

Don't be fooled by the discounts, they inflate the prices before discount so you think you've got a good deal. They also charge a small order fee even if you've hit the minimum order amount. They refused to delete my account when I asked, so beware!!

Horrible experience. Terrible drivers, terrible customer service. Took one hour just to get a cold drink delivered! Now it's become just flavoured water! On the map it showed driver was driving around the area, sometimes they even got further and further not sure what the heck they're doing. Tried calling the driver several times but he switched off his phone! And customer service is unresponsive and useless. Please remove this app from existence so no one else can use it.

The app has improved a lot since I started using it. But it still needs to be clearer on delivery times. A driver can pick up 5 orders and you don't know where you are in the queue. So delivery time can be 15 min from pickup up to 1hr! Uber eats / Deliveroo don't have the excellent range that Easi has. Although their apps are a little more polished and delivery times are faster and clearer.
