I couldn't book my seats through this app. It redirects you to the pakrailways website to add passengers. After adding passengers on website the list doesnt appear on app. So confirmed my seats through website. Again the paid orders is not being shown in this app. Neither history is showing up nor paid/unpaid orders are updating.... highly incompetent and duffer software developers they have.

There is a big issue in this app so people end up being unable to book a ticket. Seats don't show actual fare at the time of seat selection, in many cases it adds extra fare due to limited station quota, I'm not able to see which seats I can book from my sation so I'll be paying exact fare. so app doesn't show up and to find out this, we neend to cancel each selection again and again...that leads to daily cancellation limit and one ends up unable to book a seat

1. Encountered a problem while saving a paid ticket where words and numbers overlap, making the information incomprehensible. 2. Experienced significant deductions upon refund without receiving the refunded amount. 3. Unable to attach pictures in the complaint portal, and no option for storage permission in the app settings. 4. Several stations have non-operational ticket machines, leading to inconvenience for users.
