How to play the backgammon game

- Classic backgammon is a logic puzzle for two, played on a board of 24 triangles. These triangles are called points.
- Each player sits on the opposite sides of the board with 15 checkers, black or white.
- To start the game, players take turns and roll the dice. That’s why free backgammon is often called a dice game.
- Players move pieces based on the numbers rolled. For example, if you roll 2 and 5, you can move one piece 2 points and another one 5 points. Alternatively, you can move one piece 7 points.
- Once all of a player’s pieces are in his or her “home”, that player may begin removing pieces off of the backgammon board.
- A player wins once all of their pieces are removed from the board

A few more things to know about this free Backgammon game

- Rolling two of the same number allows you to move 4 times. For example, for a roll of 4 and 4, you can move a total of 16 points, although each piece must move 4 points at a time.
- You cannot move a piece to a point that is occupied by 2 or more of your opponent’s pieces while playing a backgammon game.
- If you move a piece to a point with only 1 of your opponent’s pieces on it, the rival’s piece is removed from the board and placed on the middle partition.

I uninstalled this but forgot and reinstalled it. Somehow, it got worse. 1. The algorithm favors the bot in an obvious manor. They always get perfect rolls, so pieces are never left open. I always get rolls that leave 3-4 pieces open because there's no option otherwise. Most of the time, they'll get doubles and claim 2-3 pieces. 2. Ads before, during, and after each game. 3. The bot is able to make illegal moves. Immediately uninstalling, don't waste your time.

I think it cheats. The dice throws don't seem to be all that random. I noticed that it gets significantly more doubles than I do. on the last game, it got six doubles and I got none. Seriously. I counted. Also, long ads in the middle of the game ruin the flow. Uninstalling. And, yes. I understand statistics. I noticed it from the very beginning of playing.

Hi George, thanks for the review! Our game is programmed and tested to make sure that both players have the same chance of rolling doubles. Please note that probability is a long-run relative frequency, so you won't necessarily get as many doubles as the opponent in a single game.

Learning strategy as I go along, but like many computer games...the computer does seem to roll more doubles or 6 or more especially near the end of the game. I have been playing this game for about two months. Suddenly she .I am winning it goes to a *commercial*/ad and then it tells.me.i.habe to restart the game. What's with that? It's bad enough the computer gets all the doubles when it is loosing...now it ends the game after an ad.
