I really want to use this app. It very pretty and the concept behind it is extremely cool... unfortunately the app is very buggy and left me in the dark about who and where my driver was. I was left trying to navigate this app for option to CANCEL or otherwise for 10 minutes after my reservation expired....without any options to contact my driver, or any HELP otherwise is unavailable. This definitely needs to be fixed. I can't wait until the later versions of this app though. I look forward toit

This is the most difficult app I ever had to deal with it won't let you cancel you ride the number for support keeps giving you the busy signal there isn't a email address and I don't believe the number they give you to text is a real number.. i also had a driver contact me I told them I was trying to cancel my ride and they didn't respond.... Nothing I booked the ride at 7am and now its 12 and nothing no response and the number is still busy

Fareryder app isn't working properly. It's not even logging me on. I can't even book a trip. To many bugs on this app. I've tried both of my phones and still no login progress 🤦🏿♂️
