An excellent app, can make a pool reservation pretty easily, although you have to put in the word 'pool' in front of the destination and pick up spots in order to actually place the reservation. Right now though, you currently cannot place a reservation. Whenever you try to, it'll say "pick-up address contains coordinates but system configuration does not allow external geocoding." So you have to call in each time you need a ride, which is extremely annoying. I hope the app gets fixed soon.

This app hasn't ever let me book a trip citing "run availability issues". I have tried many different leave by and arrive by times, including hours later, and it never lets me schedule a car! (I always choose official POOL stops.) I am frustrated and fed up with this. The idea is great, but if I can't use it, then it is pointless.

I would like to give a more positive rating for this app, but as an android phone user I cannot. For the past several weeks we have not been able to schedule a ride using this app. We have had to call in each day and talk with a live person or use an old iPhone to schedule a ride. Please fix this problem for Android phone users.
