The App gives customers access to their investment accounts. It's easier to redeem and invest without going to the banking hall to join long lines and fill forms, which must be scanned and sent to the head office. However, the App does not have REMOVE EDC ACCOUNT button in addition to the ADD EDC ACCOUNT button. I have a situation where someone's fixed income account is added to my App. All emails sent to the EDC-client email address to have it resolved failed. Poor customer service.

The app keeps crashing... How do you help? I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several hoping it will work but i was wrong. I have to even change my device / phone at a point but still. In fact, I almost given up on the experience. I am hoping this could be rectified in due time. I believe with the reviews from other users this could be a very useful app and i also would wish enjoying such. In all honesty, i applaud your efforts in coming up with this excellent initiative. Good job..

Very disappointing that the upgrade keeps making the app stop responding. It was doing great until the latest upgrade which, even if you are able to log on, tells you your account is zero. Most times the app just crushes or stops responding. Why this? And please really fix this and don't respond with your automatic "our engineers have fixed this". It is not fixed.
