This mobile app is applicable only for Unifi subscribers with 300Mbps & above plans using Wi-Fi 6 routers that are equipped with the latest firmware and Wi-Fi Analytic agent.
We will be sending out email and SMS notifications starting from 15 August 2023 onwards, along with the required login access information (Username and Password) to eligible subscribers.
For Wi-Fi 6 router Brand D-Link Model DIR-X1860Z and Brand Zyxel Model EX3220-T0:
Access Unifi Wifi Manager with & tm@XXXX for passwords (XXXX is the last 4 MAC characters in CAPS, on your Wi-Fi router).
For Wi-Fi 6 router Brand Fibrehome Model SR1041Y, Access Unifi Wifi Manager with & tm@XXXY for password (XXXY is the last 4 MAC characters in CAPS, on your Wi-Fi router). If cannot access, try 0 or 1 to Y, the last MAC address. Example if MAC Address 94:AA:0A:9B:E6:E0 , please try tm@E6E0 or tm@E6E1

Waste of time. I can use it to connect or paused wifi from any connected device online but it takes sometimes for the device to take effect. Even refreshing the page after pausing a device takes a long time. Very hard to explain the frustration. I wish i can show video of the page. In summary, stupid apps. Stupid stupid stupid stupid stupid stupid stupid stupid stupid stupid app. Done

This is what we wanted. Always improve the apps for future. Please. Thanks. Everything is good but need more improvement for smoother experience.. After few days use, currently logged out automatically. The log in credentials is different from myunifi apps. Hmm.. please fix this. So hard to log in and monitor, so hard to contact customer service. Thanks.

Oct 26, after an hour of back and forth with the tech support. Only device listed are supported. What a waste of time and effort. Oct 25, As usual, every time they come out new apps, always error. Never once they get it right at the first place.
