I have had a wonderful experience with my doctors. The problems I have had is with Duly's billing and payments, they cannot apply payments to your account and keep up to date payments that are made, they are the most inept billing department I have ever seen, the billing department is antiquated they really need to train their staff because they don't have a clue how to keep good records, they will charge double triple and quadruple times for the same thing.

The updated look of this app is poor. It now requires the user to start at a news feed, scrolling down to see if the task you want is there. Alternatively you may pull up a menu from the feed screen and then to navigate away from there. I loathe news feeds like this. In the last format the first screen was all inclusive of options and notifications at a glance. It wasn't broken and didn't need "fixed".

It's what to expect based on their claims for scheduling appointments, checking in, messages with staff etc. I have a number of reminders, though, clogging my landing page with appts I have already completed with no way to delete them. Also wish you could switch providers (within network) with this platform. Just annoyances, it functions fine for the important stuff.
