App is generally okay. The credit card portal is worse than the standalone card app as in it is impossible to get card statements and rewards information on this app which makes using a browser a more viable option.

Cannot get notifications to come thru. No matter what settings I change. In the app or on my phone. It will not notify me until I open the app.

unable to sign in to the account for the last 2 months. unable to make a payment on time unless I call. so why I need the app for.
