Driven DRBTM2 media receiver

After connecting I have to hit play, turn up the volume, disconnect from Driven, then the volume will turn up and I'm able to operate it for a second while it says it's disconnected. To change it again I have to reconnect it, all the while I keep getting toast messages that it is disconnected whether I'm connected or not. Definitely has a lot of bugs and needs fixed..

Driven App won't let me connect through Bluetooth even though my phone is directly connected. It will say 'Ble searching' for days without ever finding the interface. Reset the interface, unpaired, restarted, nothing works. Instruction manual doesn't even have a troubleshooting section, so this technology is useless to our camper.

So frustrated. App won't connect to my phone properly. I'll go into my Bluetooth settings to pair, and it just says "app needed to connect".....I have the app already installed and paired. So frustrating to spend $30K on a trailer just for the Bluetooth not to work.
