If you're going to force users to move to a new app, please ensure they will be able to sign in. The app's login page doesn't allow access to saved passwords like other apps. You also don't allow values to be pasted into either of the input boxes. Then, when I finally manually type in my long random password, the sign in fails. It's as if you don't want me to ever sign in.

The app will not let me in. This has now happened twice at airports, when I have wanted to use a lounge. What is the point of this app if it responds every time that there is a "Connection Error", and leaves me unable to use my pre-paid passes? It is not a service issue as I tried 2 wifi systems and 4G at the airport, and my wifi at home. Very grumpy.

As others have highlighted, sometimes the app just won't load (keeps complaining about network issues), but ALWAYS it keeps logging me out, and because I use a strong password I have to flip between apps to manually copy it across because your password box DOES NOT HANDLE PASTE. The plastic card works fine and is what I usually use due to these issues with the app.
