Beware of Booking through [dojoin], Headout is More Reliable I recently booked a trip through [Dojoin] for a yacht experience in Dubai Marina. Unfortunately, upon arriving at the yacht office, I was informed that there was no record of my booking and I had no ticket. Despite contacting [App Name], I have yet to receive a refund or any further communication from them. I urge others to be cautious when using [dojoin] for booking experiences,as my experience has been incredibly disappointing

Very worst customer service. They don't even understand what I'm trying to say. Asking same questions with various forms still they are not getting it and they are not responding to the message. Very very worst service. Hiring people with some English knowledge.

I did a cruise booking through them for 6 family members and they gave me 2 separate cabin far from each others, very poor communication and they don't care about customer experience no matter how you spoke to them. Definitely I don't recommend them
