I do love the content included on Disney's platform. However, the functionality of their app requires urgent attention. On my Smart TV, episodes tend to freeze for a few seconds at a time if I move through the app too quickly. This does not happen with Showmax or DSTV stream. I then have to exit the app and try again, or else I will be watching bits and pieces of the episode where the sound and the picture do not align.

Such a terrible app!! For a company with so much money they've managed to make one of the worst streaming apps. The shows are decent, but the app on any device is awful! Replaying what you've already watched starts at the end, autoplay is nearly impossible to turn off, episodes often bug out or don't start at all (loading wheel of death), the lists are arbitrary. They get 2 stars only because they've got some decent shows and films, but I'd give 0 stars if I could for the app.

What a stupid app for such a big company. I'm really annoyed at the fact when I try to watch a movie its a blank screen with sound playing for like 5 seconds and then it just loads and loads and does absolutely nothing after that. I love all the movies o the ap it's the fact I can't watch any of them due to such a stupid bug I mean really fix this bug and I'll definitely give it a five star rating but until then it's getting a one star rating!
