The app is forcing me to reset my password, and can't process the info I'm providing the find my account. Now I'll have to play phone goose chase to find the person to fix it, wasting my time. If you're gonna make us reset passwords, your app better be able to handle information without vague "unexpected errors".

Basically crashing now. And nothing is being done. They found out this morning that it is a connection issue and yet haven't fixed it. They should've been keeping an eye on the new software seeing as it is a brand new app and needs to be monitored. And contacting customer service is out of the question because they aren't any help. All they say is they're trying their best. Not giving any info on how long it could take. I miss the old app.
