From vision therapy to low vision, from orthoptics to visual impairment, vision rehabilitation encompasses
a series of techniques, treatments and programs that are used to solve the visual problems of our
patients. At OPTOM Meeting Toledo we are going to explore in depth all the aspects in which it is possible
apply visual rehabilitation, starting from basic training until reaching exhaustive knowledge from
multiple points of view.
The development of rehabilitation programs in amblyopia, strabismus binocular dysfunctions, non-strabismus dysfunctions and in
visually impaired patients, the use of new technologies for visual therapy and for low vision or
optometric approach in different neurological profiles are some of the topics that will be analyzed in OPTOM
Meeting Toledo.
OPTOM Meeting Toledo aims to be a reference congress in our country, where visual rehabilitation passes
to occupy a privileged place in the professional practice of the optician-optometrist.
