The updates on money spent should happened sooner. I have several cards that shows the "new balance" immediately after spending or paying some on the balance. Why yall take 3 days to update is beyond me! My best guess is that gets yall a lot of $30 overdraft fees. Maybe yall lack the technology to be more accurate sooner. At the end of the day it's on me to keep track of what I've spent, so whatever I guess 🤷 I still love yall.

Very poor execution. Lost all transfers and family account viewing. What was wrong with the old system? If you were going to update you should have had all the same features as the old system, and made sure they weren't removed so your customers wouldnt have to go back and make sure things were back in place as far as their transfers. Way to go backwards...

Updated to reflect that texting to enter account required reply to text rather than entering one-time security code, my mistake. Also, upon entering site I was able to activate fingerprint recognition. 2nd edit: have been advised that multiple accounts are no longer able to be managed by mobile app. This is a downgrade from the previous app, a much appreciated service lost. My star rating reflects my disappointment in SAFE's "Forward Vision" upgrade.
