This app is horrible. I can't add a bank account to make my car payments. I can't add money to my account and I can't use zelle. Why even bother having the app? I call their contact number which always seems to be fraudulent. It goes to an automated service which then hangs up. I NEVER get a live representative to speak to. It sucks.

very clunky app. it seems there objective is to frustrate the user. it's so secure there is nowhere to see your account number. the info is clipped out or you have to access a hidden part of the app to find it. even the mailers have the account number hidden. please guys, you can do better. cant make payments to them from any other bank account or debit card. have to sign up for a seperate account on their website, select the loan and then make the payment.

Very convenient when depositing checks rather than actually having to drive to the bank. However, the app takes the picture of the check way too fast without proving the user the ability to fix the focus resulting in 5+ retakes and a lot of wasted time. If the app allowed the user to take the picture, then this rating would have been 5 stars.
