Unreliable and unpredictable. Unable to use Passport as ID as app would intermittently say that NFC was switched off even when turned on. After successfully (?) uploading other photo ID the ID upload page would continually refresh and then crashed before completion of the subsequent sections. This was then submitted as complete but I have no way of telling if this was completed correctly or not and am unable to repeat the process.

Initially OK but now seems to have lost my Solicitor details following crash of service during onboarding. Errors in data capture (no street number in address) so wonder if this is fit for purpose. Not worth the fee.

Quite hard to understand how to do simple things. 1. I thought the email about the smart card expiry was a scam, but only after deleting it did I work out that there was no actual plastic CARD, but just a digital id in this app. You should make it clearer. 2. The instructions were hard to follow. How is a normal person supposed to know what the difference is between recovering and account and the other thing (I can't remember now). You should have clearer distinctions between the options.
