DHL Parcel UK - Track and Manage your deliveries easily with the DHL Parcel UK app.
Automatic Tracking:
Notification when you are expecting a delivery and then track your delivery every step of the way.
My Profile:
Personalize your profile by uploading a photo.
Expecting a parcel to be delivered to your work or an alternative address? Select Work or Other in My Profile. Make sure you let us know how you would like your parcel to be delivered by setting your preferences for each address.
Help our drivers to locate you. Upload a photo of the property and let us know any delivery instructions. We’ve added what3words so you can give us the unique combination of three words for your address to help the driver find exactly where you are.
Use our expanded Delivery Preferences so you can let us know if you’d like the driver not to disturb you during delivery. Just let us know whether you’d like the parcel delivered to a neighbour or left in your safe place.
Let us know if there is a preferred neighbour you’d like the driver to deliver to, or if there is a neighbour who the driver should not disturb.
Upload a photo of your safe place so the driver knows where to leave your parcel.
Set your delivery preferences in My Profile and we’ll automatically apply these.

Want to know more about how your parcel will be delivered? Select Change Delivery Instructions and we’ll tell you what will happen with your parcel if you’re not at home and what alternative options are available.
Active and Past Deliveries:
Using the DHL Parcel UK app you can see deliveries which are due and track when these will be with you. When we have delivered your parcel, you can view this in Past deliveries.
Icons will easily help you to see which parcels are being delivered to which address.

STILL DOESN'T WORK, 18 months after I left my first review and got a reply saying it was being fixed! The app says it's sending a verification email. It didn't arrive but I got a code in a text. Entered it in the app and then nothing happened. Closed , opened again and it said it was sending an email again. Nothing. If you click Resend, there's a 90 second countdown. Hit resend after the countdown and it says resend available in 90 seconds (again). Endless loop, nothing works.

Glad I gave it a go, despite negative reviews. For me, it works well. Couldn't have been easier to install. Verification code text came through in seconds. Email verification was one click. The whole process took less than a minute. Same tracking info as the desktop website, just much faster as no need to login and it gets parcel info automatically. The app works fine as far as I can tell. Maybe it's been fixed or some don't give necessary permissions??

App is littered with bugs. When entering a tracking number, the details flash up for a fraction of a second before the whole screen goes grey and you have to navigate away. This wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't the only place you can access the proof of delivery photo, as this is unavailable anywhere on the website. This meant I had to perfectly time a screenshot (took me at least 10 attempts) to figure out they'd delivered my package to completely the wrong address!
