The NHS Wales App will allow people living in Wales to access health, care and wellbeing services, proactively managing every aspect of their health safely and securely. You can use the App in Welsh and English to order your repeat medicines, book appointments at your GP practice and view your health record.

Tried a number times to do video and record number sent but does not seem to work. Checked permissions on phone to make sure all were allowed then tried again and still nothing. I find the help line is limited and does not cover issue I'm having and can find no contact details to help. Very frustrating. Did video as instructed. Cannot review and confirm. App stopped after recording

When you record the video to verify your identity with NHS login, you have the option to say the numbers out loud, write the numbers down on a piece of paper, or you can sign the numbers using British Sign Language.

Cannot complete app installation as system face checking doesn't accept that my face matches my passport photo. The level of security is ridiculous. The app does little more than the emis system and I really don't know why it needs to be so much more complex to register than emis web. I had less hassle accessing security service buildings a few years ago.

I am 100% of the belief that whoever designed the mobile user interface of this app is not at all familiar with good interfaces. I've seen apps from other countries with better user interfaces. This 100% feel like an app from 2010. You can't even think sync over the appointments to a calendar.
