Very simple and straightforward. I like most the ability to add tags that more directly describe the things that impact my mood both positively and negatively. I also like seeing how my mood changes throughout the day. Something that would make this app 5 star is having multiple reminders. I would like to create a morning, afternoon, and evening check in to better track how my mood changes throughout the day. Great app. Has improved my quality of life over the three weeks I've used it.

I've used it for a bit and I really love this app and since it's free with no ads it really makes me feel comfortable. I am a mental health counselor and I love suggesting to my clients to use this for reflection and mindfulness of their moods or for observation schedules for behaviors that are a focus of treatment! And without the ads, it really allows you to not feel monetized while you're trying to just get a grasp on your mental health. 10/10 always recommend!

For years I've been trying to replace a mood tracker app I had years ago. This is almost exactly what I wanted. It has almost everything and is very personalizable. One complaint is there's no widget I could put on my front page to put in my current mood at the moment and make a quick note. It's not that big a deal just to open the whole app from my front page though. I recommend this above everything else I have tried. Love that it's free, and If they gave the option to donate $ I would.
