I've only had my feeder for a few days, and so far my experience has been pretty good. Connecting my granary feeder to the app was very straightforward. I didn't have any issues there. However, I cannot change certain settings, like recording and saving a new meal call, and I instead get a network error. I've tried restarting my phone and reinstalling the app, but nothing changed.

Edit: App is working smoothly as advertised now. Also as a plus, customer service is pretty good, overall their ability and interest in bettering the device and app alike is promising. Below is the original review that has since been solved by PetLibro. So far 3 Stars only, mainly b/c of a consistent "Network Error. Please Retry" message. Can't set up a meal call or anything. Pretty important for multiple pets..

Great feeder. Took a minute to figure out the proper feeding for two cats. Since it's was a dual feeder, I thought I was calculating per cat, instead 1 cup per day was actually 1/2 cup per cat per day. I love that you can figure out the amount and number of feedings (up to six) that works best for your fur babies. It's been really nice being able to take an overnight trip or maybe a weekend, without having to board my babies. I would highly recommend this product.

What's new:
1. Could set the feeding duration to be between 1 minute to 4 hours.
2. Could automatically repeat the schedule.
3. Could open the lid immediately when the feeding plan is in the preparing status.
