Thought I would give it a second chance. Tried to place an order and it turns out the restaurant was out of the particular ingredients needed for the meal so it was canceled. Unfortunately, this app has no option to cancel the order (like DoorDash) on the customers end to ensure a refund. I've lost $45 out there somewhere now. Not impressed by this app at all. It's basic with zero customer support available. I can definitely live without it. Please make improvements with the customer in mind!

The app tries to charge you more than the actual total of the meal. I don't know where the hidden fees are from, but the final total on the app and what it tries to charge on my card do not match. Obviously this includes any tip, taxes, or delivery fee. It tries to charge at least 3 dollars more every time. Very weird.

App is clearly still in development for my area. Only has 3 pre selected work locations i can choose to get my food delivered. Neither of which I actually work. Has potential to compete with Doordash/Uber Eats but needs more app integration.
