When it first started it was great. But recently, it has gone way downhill. I don't think they can keep drivers. More than once they've only had one driver for the whole evening. Of my last 7 orders, which span 6-20 to 10-30, 5 have been late. My 9-16 order didn't arrive until after 9pm, over 3 hours after I placed the order. They gave me $11 dollars back and a $10 credit. Tonight I used my $10 credit and guess what, my eta gets changed from 6:55 to 8:11pm because they are running behind again.

I have been addicted to this service...and the owner was the best...if the restaurant made it wrong, she would make them fix it. I have spent SO much money on this service! But recently, it has blown up...new restaurants, new drivers, and the quality has gone SO far down! I am watching on their own map as my driver drove the OPPOSITE direction (from Haile St. Grill to precipice road, when I live PAST DUSTY BEND). Cold and undercooked food has become the norm...regardless of the restaurant!

Works better than the website, which works fine on its own. Love this service as it's the only way my family can get good delivered where we live. Awesome app!
