Deliver Addis

The app is not user-friendly. For example, if you search "water", you are shown several brands of bottled water. If you click on one of them, you will see it is sold out. You cannot go back to the search results, you have to search again. And right now, all sizes of all brands of water are sold out. If at least there was a way to search only for items that are actually available!

Terrible Customer service. after ordering a meal and sending a picture of a bank transfer like they required I waited for hours and someone called me and said the email didn't get us so they canceled our order. And also good luck getting your money back. I had to call them 5 times and every time I am getting an annoyed over worked employee who don't even want to check there inbox. this is the last time I am using this ridiculous app and there useless service.

I loved deliver addis' service until recent times. In recent times, it's been going downhill. Finally today, I had gotten my order canceled twice, reconfirm my order through three various phone calls and finally after confirming my order, recieve a call after an hour and a half to be told that the order can't be delivered. No accountability and no customer service at all! I had been your advocate truly, Deliver Addis, but no more.
