This app is okay at best, the health tips are random at best, and complete BS most of the time. The workouts are completely fine for the first 20 days, but become completely impossible after that. Really quickly, swap shrugs and presses, it makes more sense. The ads are every 3 seconds, and most of the time show adds for better fitness apps. Apps not good, but could improve.

I like it but its only 4 exercises repeating each day, just with reps increasint. By the end they want you to do liie 50 reps oer exeecise lol. Its no where near the best, really stupid regime, but if you want something casual, easy going and not too intense, go for it

It okay. Theres not many exercises and the reps just increase in number. Some coaching for breaths and form would be good.
