When I first started using the app it was great, fun to use and I loved it. I love David's Tea, we drink a lot of it in our house and I've always had good experiences in store and online, until now. The app absolutely refuses to log me in. I use log in with Google which worked well before but now it always says an error has occured and there's no way to move past it. I've been waiting for an update to potentially fix it but so far nothing. Without this issue, I'd rate 5 stars for sure.

Seems like it should be a great app. I was so excited to vote for my old favourites (like the cake teas!!) ...but every screen I try tells me "Oops an unfortunate error has occurred." I can search for tea just like on the website, but that's it. Super disappointed.

App has a lot of potential however it needs testing and a good debug pass. Purchase history doesn't work and I could not make a purchase either which to me was the main point of this app. Will update my review once this is fixed.

In this release, we fixed minor bugs surrounding the display of rewards and progression bars
