Unable to use this application for Haven Vacation Rentals. Once you install and open the DACK application and waiting for several minutes, a screen is displayed that reads: DACK "Ooops! Sorry for the inconvenience... there is a connection difficulty. Issue was reported, please try again in a few minutes." Trying again in a few minutes does nothing. How can anyone use this to check into a rental? I am using the application on a Android phone, others have tried on a iPhone, same issue. We have tried using wireless and cellular, same message. We have uninstalled, reinstalled, same problem. The issue appears to be on your end. The version that installed on my phone was 1.17.2. A response on one of the comments was to redownload the 1.17.3 download... I am not able to download that as it does not appear to be published. Can someone have a look at this issue? It appears our check in is dependent on a non functioning application.

One more app. Now everyone creates their own app because creating a website, that provides the same functionality, except annoying and useless notifications, is not a trend anymore, because of notifications.
