3 star's because the App doesn't have a dark mode option and it's not possible for a smartphones settings to override the App and make it dark and better for your eyes - that should be easy to program and release - what do you think developers? Make that and the App gets 5 star's 💫

Slow and useless. This app is so much slower to use than the old one. With the old app I could log in, transfer money to my card and paid in the store in less than 15 seconds. Now it takes 15 seconds, just to log in. Now the whole thing takes up to a minute. Also, often it doesn't show the correct amount in the account. Especially if you had another purchase within an hour or so, then the amount shown is guaranteed wrong. App completely useless.

Thank you for your feedback. We are aware that some may experience the app as slow. This is something we are looking at fixing and keeping in mind whenever a new update is up for launch. We have not experienced that the amount shown as available is not up to date before, and will look into this issue.

Beautiful app. But your latest update is not the best. People have been using the older interface for sometime then all of a sudden it was changed. Not sure if there was a questionnaire sent to your users. A new learning curve. In software development or app dev interface people are used to should be preserved or offer the option of going back to the old interface. Cheers
