I approached photography in the 70s thanks to my wife Anna, I was using her Olympus compact camera as a beginner.
I quickly switched to SLRs and began to appreciate the use of color by the professionals of the moment
like Pete Turner, Ernst Haas, Franco Fontana and Franco Villani in motor sports. My timeless reference remains Steve McCurry.
I won a competition in the 80s, I carried out occasional collaborations with agencies and newspapers
until the 90s. Since the 2000s I have switched to digital with enthusiasm, I try to maintain my style by emulating the slide shot.
