About this app

Federico Alessandro Vitalone was born in Turin in 1997. Since he was a child, he was fascinated by music and this passion led him to graduate from the Conservatory with top marks and honors at the age of twenty-two and to collaborate with important institutions in the musical world. His love for music goes hand in hand with his love for literature: at fourteen he read Pirandello and Dostoevsky and at just eleven he composed his first sonnet. Literary sensitivity is nourished and increased by a happy teacher at the scientific high school he attends: thanks to this figure the author refines his rhetorical skills and gets to know the literary world more deeply. Since then, curiosity has led him to range from classical and medieval literature, in names such as Homer, Sophocles, Ovid, Apuleius, Dante, Petrarca, to his beloved Romanticism in the names of Goethe, Keats, Byron, Foscolo up to the twentieth century Pound, Eliot , Dickinson, Prévert. In Dante's verses, as in D'Annunzio's prose, the dimension of Beauty is sought, a true beacon in the night in a society increasingly focused on the ugly and useful. Today he works as a music teacher in middle schools, while training to become a psychologist after graduating with honors in Neuropsychology.
