The love for poetry was born during my high school years: art, classical culture and European literature helped me understand that inner sensitivity that often tended to clash with my more rational and reserved side. The nuances of feeling, natural forces, female figures, oxymorons, mythology and Greek lyric are in fact some of the key elements through which poetry becomes the means to represent thoughts and sensations otherwise difficult for me to communicate.
