Sebastiano Parrella was born and lives in a Circumvesuvian municipality, at the foot of Monte Somma. Former Salesian pupil of the house in via Don Bosco, 8 - Naples. Graduated with honors and then graduated from the Federico II University of Naples in 1987, he has been carrying out financial consultancy work in Naples since July 1999, when he resigned from the bank, at which he had been working for just shortly after graduating in 1978. A year which also marks the beginning of his great passion for finance. Married since 1983, he has two children and two grandchildren. He has published: 1)      with R.
