Micaela Riccio

Riccio Micaela was born in Rome on 19 June 1997, since she was a child she has shown a marked interest in art, manual skills and creativity in all its aspects. During the university course in cultural heritage at the University of Rome "Tor Vergata", she becomes aware of not wanting to be only a scholar of art history but of wanting to actively participate in it. On 19 July 2019 she participates in the collective exhibition for "the night of songwriters" at Rocca di Papa. In 2021, moved by the need to carry forward a message of freedom and non-conformism, she gives life to her collection of vaginas on canvas, an exaltation of diversity, spirituality and the origin of everything. The deep love for colors, used as a fundamental means for their strong communicative power, is the leitmotif of the style of this young artist, who aims to arouse emotions and reflections on the female world and not only.
