Antonio Mancuso

Antonio Mancuso was born on 8 December 1956 in Paola (CS), where he currently lives and works.
He obtained a degree in Territorial, Urban and Environmental Planner Architect from the Mediterranean University of Reggio Calabria.
Although he carries out his profession in RFI SpA, with the functions of Works Director and Coordinator for the Safety of Temporary and Mobile Construction Sites, his great passion has always been photography, which he has cultivated since he was a boy.
Member of the Order of Journalists, Elenco Pubblicisti, he collaborated with the publishing houses Adventures Srl and La Cuba SRL, publishing numerous articles in the magazines Pesca Sub, Sub, Pesca in Apnea, Il Subacqueo and for the Greek newspaper Vitus Magazine. In the articles published under his name, there is no shortage of photographic images that he himself took even in an underwater environment.
Intimately linked to the sea, he has cultivated this other great passion of his for scuba diving within the F.I.P.S.A.S. (Italian Federation of Sport Fishing and Underwater Activities) becoming Basic Instructor for Youth Activities, 1st Level Freediving Instructor, Freediving Instructor, National Competition Judge.
As far as photography is concerned, his equipment is mainly composed of Nikon cameras and, in the past, he has also used Nikonos underwater cameras.
