This company needs to do better. First of all, how can a company this big not have a card machine. The app has so many issues. First of all, you try signing in today it works tomorrow it doesn't, and then when you attempt to change the password, it's an issue and then transactions are failing they app is not accepting payments

I have been trying to register for the past hour and I am unable to enter my policy number. I called customer service and they told me to retry in an hour. Zero troubleshooting on their end.

God awful app. There's no biometric log in for the app. You have to put in your credit card information each time. And that's if it works at all. Transactions often fail and you have to go through the whole process again. It's design is archaic and basic like a student did it. It's actually insulting that a company this big that generates profits in the 10's of millions, put out something this poor to the public and the local credit union does a better job with their app.
