Terrible app and features.. It doesn't provide the Bluetooth connection feature to my machine and crazy long loading times when adding things to the basket. When I go to the basket there is a long loading time only for a vague error to show up and your only option is to click 'Okay'. I tried with and without a VPN, a 300mbps WiFi and a 5G data network - The Cyprus app is a subpar cosmetic version of the real Nespresso apps😅

The app doesn't work, adding items in the basket and when we check our basket is empty. The app keeps giving us an error when trying to order or add to our basket. This happens especially during "offers" periods. Disappointing and less than amateur job done here.

Garbage. Can't make an order due to "Please wait". Extremely slow. Half of "available" products are actually unavailable. 1 star 'cause there is no way to give it zero.
