This is the worst app I've ever used for delivery. Even doordash has a better app. It crashes, and it randomly selects the location to store visual proof of delivery. And it wasn't enough, the map is unusable due to the fact that unless you zoom in, you won't see the stops, and no option to optimize. And to really sink it in, and show that this is the worst app; the app is rarely updated. So yeah. Worst delivery app.

We are sorry to hear that you are having an issue with our app. It looks like you are running v3.2.0 which was released in July 2021. We are in the process or preparing v3.6.2 and have released over 20 versions since your last update. We highly encourage you to update to the new version that will be coming out later this week.

Next stop 2 is way better and much easier to use and less time-consuming. I should be able to do the location scan and then take pictures as needed. And what is with all the double zeros. Bottom line why try to fix something that wasn't broken. Having to put a zero when there is no pickup when there is already a zero there is just redundant and time-consuming

Greetings! The minimum version for Nextstop 3 started as Android 8 & it looks like you run Android 8.1. When Android puts out improvements, some devices that run older OS's can become unsupported. We'll investigate whether your OS version is affecting app's performance, but we recommend upgrading your OS. The current OS version is Android 12.

This app is a nightmare! Continues to pop-up dialog boxes when it gets an answer it does not care for. Will not allow me to optimize my battery so it steadily drains it. It will not assign a barcode to a particular option either. Also keeps taking over my phone! When I minimize the window to try and do something else on my phone it continues to reopen itself not allowing me to do so. This is ridiculous! I should be able to use my phone for things other than its application. Please fix this!

Please send the details and screenshot of the pop-ups to AppDevAccounts@cxtsoftware.com, so we can make sure that the behavior is not coming from a setting requirement from the carrier you work with. If it is not due to a carrier setting, we'll pass it along to our development team and see what we can do to improve it.
